Pasta! Pasta! Pasta!
Nothing tastes better than a mix of carefully thought-out exotic ingredients to "pile on the flavors" in making this beloved Southeast Asian Lao cuisine – kua mee (fried noodles) infused with sweet and savory notes. Home chef, Louangketh, and her sous chef, Odugbemi, will take you on a culinary journey of flavors and ingredients from around parts of the world, including Laos, Nigeria, and yes, Ireland, to bring this Lao kua mee recipe into the hearts and mouths of conference participants. They will be joined by Jacinta Dalton with culinary arts and services expertise into the conversation. Join their culinary workshop – Cross-Culinary Voices of Diaspora: A Perfect Mix of Culture and Ingredients.
