Preparing today’s students, as aspiring Global Leaders Fellows, to navigate the challenges of tomorrow and lead with authenticity through a special skillset as they grow and develop into effective global leaders.

Today’s changing world requires a special skillset for aspiring leaders to flourish as they embark on a journey to grow and develop into effective global leaders. The continuous evolving state of the world, impacted by globalization, informs the need for globally competent leaders. Leaders of today and tomorrow must have competency in cross-cultural awareness and practice:

  • Commitment to learning about other countries’ business, political, academic, and cultural environments worldwide;

  • Learn the perspectives and behaviors of other countries – culture, trends and technologies;

  • Ability and genuine willingness to collaborate with other cultures;

  • Adaptability to the living and social standards in other cultures; and

  • Embrace diversity with cultural equality by suspending cultural biases.

Meet our 2024 Senior Fellows and Fellows!

We are excited to introduce our 2024 cohort of senior fellows and fellows in our GLFP who will be joining us this year in Galway, Ireland.

Our senior fellows will participate in IMID's Global Leadership Council and Academics & Research activities and will be integral in shaping the global learning and professional networking activities of the 2024 cohort of GLFP fellows - including the fellows' speaking platform in alignment to the overarching 2024 global conference theme, Climate on Culture

While our senior fellows will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the 2024 fellowship program in Ireland, our fellows will serve as key members of a cross-sector dynamic leadership team and take part in the global learning and professional networking activities of the fellows and senior fellows including their speaking platform in alignment to our conference in 2024.
