Public Diplomacy & Cultural Diplomacy. Basque Public Diplomacy is the overarching focus of this year’s summer course program scheduled for July 21-23, 2021 in the Basque Country (Spain) that will engage speakers and participants in discussions and dialogues surrounding an array of topics connected to public and cultural diplomacies. The objective of this summer educational program is to analyze four decades of Basque public cultural diplomacy including a comparative view of other models of public diplomacy that will serve to complete an analysis that focuses primarily on the Basque case.
