We have a very important mission here at the Idaho Museum of International Diaspora (IMID): To influence positive community transformation. We believe in educating the community with the community – together. Whether we’re supporting communities in Idaho, or elsewhere across the nation or internationally, we do this by engaging with the community to understand what their interests are and creating cultural learning opportunities that give access to all generations and cultures to participate in.
