The Idaho Museum of International Diaspora team recently spent the morning in downtown Boise at World Refugee Day on June 15, 2019, and we're banner official! The event celebrated international cultures and brought awareness about the local refugee community. From incredible performances by ethnic community groups to delicious international cuisine from local refugees, it was a beautiful day to celebrate Idaho's diversity and to share the IMID's mission and vision with the community. We look forward to next year's World Refugee Day celebration!
